On September 11th, 2004, Julie
Greene married Bill Swain. It
was the end of an era for anyone
who knew them, perhaps for
Julie especially.

The ceremony took place in
log-built Oquossoc church, in
beautiful Rangeley, outer Maine.

The reception was hosted in a
recreational centre adjoining
Sugarloaf Mountain Ski resort,
the area's biggest tourist
attraction and about a 45 minute
drive from the church..

I drove the wrong way back.

Thankfully, the bride took some breaks from
crying during the big day. On one of them,
here, she posed for her last set of
photographs as a single woman.

Karen, a single woman, helped her.

the church, grappling with a handful of bridalwear

Julie's dress
was stunning.
And it

When it came
to form-fitting
smocks, this
definitely did it

[Church was too dark to take decent pictures inside, so no 'I Do' shots. Sorry.]
