Brussels  Belgium     May 13th-14th

Home

Belgium is known for its chocolate and its beer. And
Brussels has an abundance of both.

On May 13th, I went to
Brussels to attend a Sony
conference.

It was my first time there and
I took the opportunity to walk
around the centre a bit.

It's a food city.

Thursday, 10.12am: Sharon
Edge (Sony) and Ronan Price
(Evening Herald) react to
seeing a HP billboard on the
bus to the Royal Windsor
Hotel, a fabulous place smack
bang in the middle of things

Friday, 12.30pm: Ciara and I
in the Grande Place. Ciara
had sensibly decided to take
an early night on Thursday. As
is quite clear, I had not.

Friday, 12.55pm: Ciara
O'Brien (PC Live!) and Sharon
browse the extensive cafe
menu before settling on a
couple of croque monsieurs.
Ciara didn't eat her salad, so I
liberated it. (Just off the Grand
Place.)
